When you create an account, we collect:

  • Authentication provider ID (e.g., Google, Apple)

Usage Information

When you use Five Minds, we collect:

  • Questions you submit for AI analysis
  • AI-generated responses and consensus results
  • Timestamps and basic analytics

2. How Your Queries Are Processed

Transparent AI Routing

When you submit a question, it is sent to multiple AI providers through OpenRouter to generate responses. Your queries may be processed by:

  • Anthropic (Claude)
  • OpenAI (GPT)
  • Google (Gemini)
  • xAI (Grok)
  • Meta (Llama)

Each AI provider has their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We recommend reviewing their policies if you have concerns about how they process data.

3. We Do NOT Use Your Data for AI Training

BrightApps LLC does NOT:

  • Use your questions or results to train AI models
  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Share your personal information for marketing purposes

Note: Third-party AI providers may have their own data retention and usage policies. We use API access that typically excludes customer data from training, but cannot guarantee third-party practices.
